Pricing
How pricing works
Every problem is different, so we quote each job individually.
Call (304) 542-6790You’ll know the cost before we start.
Every job begins with understanding the problem. Once we know what’s wrong, you get a written estimate.
Nothing happens without your OK.
We begin work only after you approve the estimate in writing. A reply of “approved” is enough.
Parts are priced when you need them.
If a repair needs a part, we price it at the time and show it on your estimate. We never order it without your approval.
No surprises.
If we find something that needs more work than you approved, we stop and ask first. You’ll get an updated estimate before we go further.
Straight answers on whether to repair.
If a repair would cost more than the device is worth, we’ll tell you, and we’ll show you a replacement option alongside it.

We’ll never ask you to send a password by email, text, or chat, and we don’t write them on tickets or notes.
-
Nothing happens without your OK.
We only connect when you’ve asked us to and given us the go-ahead, and we tell you what we’re about to do before we do it.
-
You stay in the loop while we’re connected.
Remote sessions happen only with your approval. You can watch everything we do and end the session at any time.
-
No new programs without your OK.
If a fix needs new software on your computer, we tell you what it is and ask first.
-
Your files stay private.
We work only on what you asked us to fix, we don’t browse your photos or documents, and we back up or ask first before any step that could erase data.
06 FAQ
Good questions.
Do you come to me?
Yes, if you’d like. Most problems can be handled by phone or remote session, and on-site visits are available across our service area.
How much does it cost?
Call for a quote. Every problem is different, so we’ll talk it through, figure out what’s wrong, and give you a written estimate. Nothing starts until you approve it, and if the job turns out to need more, we’ll stop and ask before going further.
How does remote support work?
With your permission, we connect to your computer over the internet. You can watch everything we do, and you’ll type any passwords yourself.
Do you work with homes or businesses?
Both. We work with households, home offices, and small businesses, from one laptop to a whole office.
What if it can’t be fixed remotely?
We’ll say so, explain why, and set up an on-site visit or recommend the right next step.
Do I need to be good with computers?
Not at all. We’ll explain things in plain English and never make you feel rushed.
Something not working? Let’s sort it out.
Call or email and tell us what’s going on.
You’ll get a written estimate before any work starts. When you email, tell us what’s going on and the best number to reach you.
